Our Mandate

Our purpose is to help impact communities with educational tools, leadership development and community mentorship. We provide the encouragement, direction and support to those who lead in these areas.

Our Desire Is:

• To teach and train local leaders in pastoral care that they become more effective at shepherding their own communities.
• To establish an ongoing mentorship relationship where we can continue communicating to encourage leaders long term.
• To encourage growth and development of local churches and community centers that they become strong self-sustaining groups for the wider community.
• To train national leaders to be intentional with mentorship/discipleship of other leaders.
• To encourage and build up churches in the developing world, instilling vision to reach out with intention to the wider community.
