Our Passion and Approach
We believe that leadership development must embrace 3 essential elements: Content, Character and Competence. Our approach is to include development in all three areas through teaching, relationship mentoring and accountability as well as hands on equipping in ministry skills.
EDUCATIONAL CONTENT PROVISIONS
Many church and community leaders lack the resources needed to lead their communities, with wisdom. We provide this content through Leadership Development, Pastoral Training and Theological (Biblical) Instruction.
SPIRITUAL CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT
Leaders in communities should possess a high moral character that guides their service for the good of others and the glory God.
SOCIAL COMPETENCE ENCOURAGEMENT
We encourage toward social reengagement in communities by building the skills leaders need to be effective community leaders. We do this through Community Development and Empowerment Projects, Transformational Outreach Centers, Church Planting and Relationship Reconciliation and Renewal Projects.
